We offer customized packaging solutions, including but not limited to the design, production, and delivery of packaging boxes. All services are provided in accordance with client specifications and our quality standards.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or using our services and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You must ensure that any designs, trademarks, or content you submit do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders require mutual confirmation between you and shypackaging. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Price validity is as stated in the quotation and may be adjusted due to changes in material costs.

A 30% deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance payable before shipment. Payments must be made in accordance with the invoice and specified payment terms.

5. Production and Shipping

Production commences upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation of the final design. If you request design changes or other modifications during production, delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

shypackaging will manufacture products strictly according to your confirmed specifications.

Products will be shipped using the method specified by you. Delivery timelines and trade terms are as stipulated in the contract signed by both parties.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders canceled after production has commenced are not eligible for a full refund. Refunds for unincurred costs may be issued based on the actual production progress.

If quality issues are identified, you must quickly contact shypackaging. Resolutions will be determined through mutual consultation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by us are owned by shypackaging or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent.

Intellectual property rights for designs, trademarks, and other content submitted by you remain yours. However, you grant us the right to use such content as necessary to fulfill your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
