Order Process

1. Contact

You can contact our sales team by email, form, or WhatsApp, and provide us with information such as style, size, and quantity of the custom packaging box you need. We will provide a quotation list.

2. Design

You can send us your design files. If you don’t have a design, our design team will promptly communicate with you and offer a free design based on your requirements, which will be sent to you for confirmation.

3. Sample

After you place an order and confirm that the design and processing plan are correct, we will strictly follow the design to produce a sample, which will be sent to you by express delivery for confirmation.

4. Production

We will produce according to the sample information you confirm. The specific production time depends on your order quantity and the current production schedule, generally 5-7 days.

5. Delivery

We will promptly ship the products to the designated delivery address based on the agreed shipping method. We offer various logistics solutions, including air freight, sea freight, express delivery, and more.

Sure! We have a professional design team that can assist you in designing packaging boxes. Please provide your ideas, requirements, and any relevant brand materials, and we will collaborate with you to create a unique and appealing packaging box design. This service is 100% free of charge.

Yes, we will provide standard samples of the product for your confirmation and modifications before formal production of the order. Production will commence only after your approval.

The production lead time for your order is generally 10-15 days. These are estimates, and the actual time will depend on your order quantity and the current production schedule. If you need expedited production, please contact our sales team to confirm if it can be rushed. These times do not include shipping time.

We can provide die-cut lines for box templates free of charge. When designing your artwork, please note the following:

The color mode of the artwork should be CMYK.
All images should be embedded, and text should be converted to outlines.
Images should extend at least 3mm beyond the die-cut line to allow for bleed.
The preferred file formats are PDF and (.ai) files.
